Kafka pod failed to deploy in integration lab. Based on the below configuration in values.yaml, if would seem that the repository and image values are incorrect:
   repository: wurstmeister
   image: kafka:latest
 
should be:
   repository: docker.io
   image: wurstmeister/kafka:latest  
However, it was mentioned that the image was successfully deployed in other environments.
This needs to be investigate to determine the correct values for all environments.

As part of this defect the Zookeeper image should be verified as well.
