As an ONAP operator, I want the ability to seamlessly upgrade and downgrade/rollback ONAP platform components so that I can:

• Benefit from the code upgrades upstream and establish a establish a good devops model
• Fix security and other issues as quickly as possible
• Test new features and have the ability to quickly rollback on failure
• Manage an environment where each components may be at different versions

Acceptance Criteria

• Operators have the ability produce repeatable and reliable deployment of ONAP components to a specific version
• Operators have the ability to manually upgrade from a platform container version to another version leveraging K8S
• Operators have the ability to automatically rollback on failure during component upgrade leveraging K8S
• Operators have the ability to manually rollback from a platform container version to previous version leveraging K8S
• Operators have the ability to automatically update from a platform container version to new version leveraging K8S and configure auto-update parameters (e.g. Latest)
