For testing, APPC needs admin privilege credentials in Openstack to access the os-hypervisors api and perform Migrate and Evacuate operations.The Id would only be used by the APPC application which is restricted to a specific set of Openstack operations. Attached is a list of the calls made by APPC. An id that only provides admin access to this subset of APIs would be sufficient.
