OOF pods don't start up

      We deployed ONAP in cmcc lab , the oof healthcheck failed. 

       

      Now the pods status are as follows: 

      we restarted the failed pod several times, but they still don't startup.

      we use  docker logs 

       

       

      please help to see the issue. Thanks.
