OOF-CMSO-TOPOLOGY log does not use STDOUT

      I can't see the log of OOF-CMSO-TOPOLOGY inside stdout output of pod.

      It's therefore really complicated to troubleshoot, especially when pod crash or security issue.

      OOF-CMSO-TOPOLOGY shall use the STDOUT output for its log as said in REQ-374
