This task is used for the following fixes

 1) Update copyright for the modified files so far as per the comments given below.

As per the comments from pdragosh , the copyright notice have to be added for the modified files., I will add them using this task. Since I work for Samsung, the below line would be added.

2) Modify the tabs to spaces for which ever file is touched according to the comment by liamfallon in 

https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/56367/

The Sonar checks will complain about tabs, all tabs should be converted to spaces.
