As an ONAP Policy developer, I want to develop a new Decision Policy template (Rule Provider) to support Auto Scale Out Use Case requirements.
The new template will be named "GUARD_MIN_MAX" and will include the following attributes:
- actor: component taking action
- recipe: some action to be taken (i.e. restart)
- CLName: Control Loop Name
- Targets: name(s) of the actual VM / VNF to which the policy applies
- min: sets the limit of the minimum number of VNF instances that are running
- max: sets the limit of the maximum number of VNF instances that are running
- guardActiveStart: start time that the policy is active in the day
- guardActiveEnd: end time that the policy is active in the day
