As an ONAP Developer, I would like to have access to an example that demonstrates how the CLC coordinates two closed loops. The Junit and supporting files added to template.demo will provide this demonstration. To support the demo a new PIPEngine and accompanying Junit will be added to guard and code will be added to PolicyGuardXacmlHelper and PolicyGuard to provide closed loops the option of using an embedded XACML PDP engine instead of the restful PDP, whose simulator capabilities will not suffice for this demo. Finally, enhancements will be made to notifications issued by the EVENT.MANAGER rule in the archetype drools template.
