OSDF needs the policy portal GUI url to import templates to create policies for Casablanca.

Michael(10:47:46 AM): Sorry Avteet.. I am still trying to get the Portal URL from portal team.. The GUI cannot be accessed outside of portal without making configuration changes and restarting the server anymore. Everything is now integrated with Portal and AAF... once I get the information I will pass it on
