While importing the attached tosca model through policy GUI, I selected "Optimization Policy" for Policy Type Dictionary and "ONAP Optimization Models" as Dictionary. The model got imported as "affinityPolicy" without any error. Then, I tried to create a policy in "Policy Editor", but I found one of the fields named "identity" is not appearing in the GUI.

Then, I imported the same tosca model by selecting Policy Type Dictionary as "Microservice Policy" and Dictionary as "Microservice Models",  the model got imported as "affinityPolicy" again without any error and when I tried to create a policy in "Policy Editor", the field named "identity" is appearing in the GUI as expected.

Can you please check why this is not working as expected in the first case. Thanks!
