Apex-PDP Sonar Jenkins job is failing because the Jenkins job cannot read the output of the Jacoco checkstyle for the service-engine module. Every other module seems to work fine and the job seems to work fine on all other policy models as well.

This file is created when I build locally but either does not exist or has incorrect permissions in Jenkins.
