      Some of the springframework dependencies that are not used by portal but the ONAP-SDK-APP and POLICY-SDK-APP modules in policy/engine can be upgraded due to security vulnerabilities in the current versions.

      Sort through which ones can be upgraded and ensure that the application can load via portal.

      Additional task of upgrading the epsdk dependency is necessary for the springframework upgrade.
