The REST requestor, REST Server and REST Client APEX event carriers today assume that all 2xx HTTP return codes are OK and other codes are errors and bombs out, never allowing the codes to be returned to the invoking policy.

Sometimes, depending on the domain, these codes should be passed back to the invoking policy for handling.

Some way of configuring the REST support should be added to APEX.
