Description
Several Policy CSIT testplans are downloading apache-maven from (one of) apache official mirrors apache.claz.org. However this server is experiencing issues in recent days.
It would be better to allow automatic mirror selection by cgi/lua script provided by apache.org, to avoid hardcoded download link to particular (US) mirror server.
