As an ONAP policy framework developer, I would like to build and pre-load policy types for native PDP policies into policy framework such that TOSCA compliant native PDP specific policies can be created off.

This involves creating policy types for native Drools and XACML policy, respectively. When they are designed, they should be added into the list of pre-loaded policy types.
