Today we need to use some kubernetes operations to "open" the policy API endpoints or we need to be connected to a pod that have access to Policy API endpoint.

Access to kubernetes commands is not allow/possible for majority of ONAP users.

This situation does not allow Service Designer to use the policy framework API(s) in order to upload some new policies.

Please change OOM charts in order to make all policy framework API available at ONAP installation.
