PDP-X continues to give problems in latest snapshot.    Refer to push-policies.sh test in docker for policy distribution to run it against testing lab to reproduce the issues.   This is for the same lab in which we are doing testing  (please contact me directly if additional information is needed)

PE300 - Data Issue: response code of the URL is 404. This indicates a problem with getting the version from the PAP or the policy does not exist.
