When an existing policy is loaded into the apex policy editor, the editor is not reading in the UUIDs and descriptions for entities from the JSON file. Then, when someone tries to save an update, the editor complains that the UUID field is not set even though the editor is in update mode with the UUID field greyed out. So the user has no way to save the policy.
