It would be ideal if the ControlLoopPolicy instance that is generated by the ControlLoopProcessor is exposed so that other objects can use it for transaction processing. This stems from the M2 framework relying on the ControlLoopPolicy object to process incoming onset events. It would be ideal if the framework could use the ControlLoopProcessor to parse out a tosca policy but use its own capabilities to transition between policies in the policy chain.
