PDP-D APPS merge jobs failing (pdpd-apps-cl docker image)

      PDP-D APPS merge jobs have started to fail all of the sudden during Guilin release.

      The merge jobs fails pulling all dependencies that should go into the maven repository for offline use of PDP-D.
