Fix apex-pdp documentation for changes in Frankfurt

The apex-pdp documentation is not in line with what is in Frankfurt in a number of palces

• The standalone installation
• The use of the clients
• The documentation for the REST plugins is not up to date and doesn't describe important features
• The old documentation build system for AsciiDoc is out of date, is cluttering all the repos, and should be removed
• Other documentaiton needs to be proof read to ensure its accurate for Frankfurt
