There seems that upon installing policy, the amsterdam jar is not generated.

There's also a problem with a missing file that is not installed anymore in brmsgw in 1.1.0.   This also means that dependency.json does still use the -SNAPSHOT version incorrectly.  

Note as part of installation, file /opt/app/policy/etc/build.info does not exist (verified in the docker container not to be present).

Successful configure of brmsgw under policy:policy ownership with umask 0022.
error: version information does not exist: /opt/app/policy/etc/build.info

In comparison with a 1.0.0 installation, this file is present.   See from a 1.0.0 installation:

It seems that generation of this file has been lost due probably to some pom changes in this release.
