The controller name in native artifact policies used by clamp is under controller.controllerName structure, and in pdp-d is under controller.name.    Clamp behavior matches the policyType definition correctly in policy/models/models-example while pdp-d does not.   The agreed solution is to modify the policy/models/models-example definition to use the controller.name naming.
