Description
Since the docker base image is changed to onap/policy-jre-alpine, APEX-PDP docker image has a wrong default entrypoint. This needs to be fixed by adding the right entrypoint in the Dockerfile of APEX-PDP. Otherwise, there will be a need to manually override entrypoint while running APEX-PDP as a docker container.
