Investigate handling of context albums in Apex-PDP for failure responses (ex - AAI)

Investigate & improve handling context album lookups in APEX task logic, especially for failure responses.

Most of the time in response body(example in AAI failure response), there will not be a field available to tie it uniquely to the the flow(say some request id or so).

It would be good to have a solution to this, so that for every policy execution flow, there is some way to fetch data from the context album that is unique to the current flow.
