Make default PDP-D and PDP-D-APPS work out of the box

Since a default keystore is no longer available in the drools docker image, it may make sense to remove the companion default settings that use https.   This will allow to work with drools-pdp and drools-applications images out of the box as in previous releases as Istanbul currently requires a keystore to be generated or placed in the external configured volumes to use to work with one of these images.   

The customizations in OOM, CSITs, will be performed in the docker volume or charts configuration.
