If I try to start the  gui-editor-apex with the command

java -Dplugin.policy.upload.enable=true -Dplugin.policy.upload.url=$APEX_BE_UPLOAD_URL -jar gui-editor-apex.jar -p $APEX_EDITOR_PORT -l $APEX_EDITOR_HOST

I always get the error below

I think this might be related to the changes made in
