Add key names to IndexedXxx factory class toString() methods

Policy-endpoints contains a number of IndexedXxxFactory classes with lines like the following:

@Override
public String toString() {
    return "IndexedDmaapTopicSinkFactory []";
}

These should be modified to include the keys contained within the respective maps.
