Upgrade CDS dependency to the latest version

    • Policy 5/6 - 5/20, Policy 23/6 - 7/7

      As a ONAP developer, I would like to upgrade the CDS dependency in Policy Framework to the latest version. So that our end users are able to use the latest fixes/features developed by CDS team.

      Please make sure to perform a basic sanity testing of CDS flows with drools-pdp & apex-pdp engine.
