Part of the work has been done in https://jira.onap.org/browse/POLICY-3217, where a policy/docker/csit/clamp directory was introduced, and ControlLoop related CSIT testcases were present. 

Considering this as an initial version

-> Enhance it by introducing more integration test scenarios for ControlLoop verification

-> Move CLAMP exisiting CSITs from Integration/CSIT repo to policy/docker/csit/clamp

-> Include clamp-backend and clamp-frontend docker images and respective CSIT testcases around them

-> This should be a wholesome CSIT for all CLAMP code
