Upgrade CDS dependency to the 1.1.5 version

    Description

      As a ONAP developer, I would like to upgrade CDS blueprint proto dependency to 1.1.5 version to re-establish the broken backward compatibility on CDS side.

      After the upgrade, Policy H release latest images will be able to work with CDS H, G & F releases.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. CCSDK-3385 Renaming BluePrint* classes caused breaking API changes

          • Highest - Catastrophic defect that causes total failure of the software or unrecoverable data loss with no available workaround. Complete shut-down of the process, nothing can proceed further. Blocks testing of the product / feature. Must be fixed in the next build.
