As a ONAP developer, I would like to explore options to integrate prometheus with policy framework components.

So that components can expose the relevant metrics (like cpu, memory, execution, uptime, response time etc) and the same can be consumed by Prometheus. Which can later be used to create alerting, dashboards, monitoring in tools like Grafana.

It will be good to start with policy-api as that is an independent component and will be less complex to try out. Then move to pap & pdps.
