At the moment, it is possible to use several different Tosca-based constraints in the yaml specified to the controlloop framework. For example "greater_than" or "greater_or_equal".

However, there are still some more Tosca constraints that are required to be supported by policy/models. For example: "in_range" is a valid Tosca constraint but it is not supported by policy/models.

This should be changed to allow users to specify more types of constraints in the tosca service template
