As a ONAP developer, I would like to migrate the existing policy-pap component to spring boot framework to benefit from easier integration and maintenance of the component. Many features like monitoring, liveness, readiness, etc. comes out of the box by using spring boot. And it will also help in reducing the lines of code in the component.
Current policy-pap code base is here - https://github.com/onap/policy-pap
