As a ONAP developer, I would like to install the latest snapshot images in lab and verify the application level metrics exposed in policy framework components.

Along with that, run some basic sanity & smoke testing to make sure no regressions has been added due to the code changes made so far.

Use the upstream windriver lab for testing.
