    Description

      It has been brought up by external teams that "healthcheck" user is not a suitable account for performing policy operations through API and PAP components.    The suggestion is to use another one instead.

       

      This has impact on the OOM Helm Charts as well.

      The components involved have been updated conforming https://jira.onap.org/browse/POLICY-2744

      This is a follow up to update OOM chars when images are released with new username.

          Task - A task that needs to be done. POLICY-2744 Use an account other than healthcheck in API and PAP components for provisioning of policies

          • High - Severely impaired functionality. Erratic performance and reduced system availability. It may cause major components or features of the system to be unavailable although certain parts of the system remain functional. A workaround may exist but its use is unsatisfactory or at a high time cost (manual intervention required). Must be fixed in any of the upcoming builds and should be included in the current release.
