    Description

      Migrate runtime-controlloop from Eclipselink to Hibernate.

      Also, the following points should be considered:

      - Update the naming strategy in the application for backward compatibility

      - Add Hibernate support in Persistence Policy Models.

      Note: Policy Models has been made to support Eclipselink that is not very strict, in some places the changes to be made seems like bugs only.
