Fix issue where some metrics are lost in spring boot

    Description

      When projects like spring data are on the classpath, the prometheus metrics meter registry gets overriden and some metrics like jvm metrics are lost.

      This issue exists in version 2.5.0 and was fixed in versions post 2.5.1

      Updating spring-boot-actuator dependency to 2.5.1 or above can fix the issue.
