Unused test resources in apex-editor

      There are many unused files in gui-editor-apex/src/test/resources. These files were introduced by POLICY-2751 (policy upload). Subsequently POLICY-2621 added TOSCA support to Apex Editor and removed the non-standard TOSCA handling for file upload. However the test resources remain.
