SLAs on REST Interfaces

The REST interfaces for managing the Policy Type, Policy, and Automation Composition entities in the system will have the following SLAs

1. 5 parallel requests shall be possible
2. Requests will return a response in not more than 500 ms
3. Requests that take longer than 500 ms to execute shall return a progress indicator
4. System health check to complete in 10 seconds duration
5. Time taken to retrieve a specified stored policy type / policy should be within 200 ms
6. Time taken to on-board a new policy type / policy should be within 500 ms
7. Time taken to retrieve all the available versions of a specified policy type / policy should be within 400 ms
8. Time taken to delete the version of policy type / policy should be within 500 ms
9. Time taken to activate the version of a policy type / policy should be within 2000 ms

REST requests shall release used resources after completion, the CPU, Memory, and bandwidth resources used after a REST request will be identical to that used before a request
