Fix type version in all tosca_service_template

    Description

      In policy-tosca-model all fields named "typeVersion"  are annotated with SerializedName("type_version"). In all yaml service template we should use "type_version" instead of "typeVersion"

      In some yaml file , the data_type "org.onap.datatypes.policy.clamp.acm.httpAutomationCompositionElement.ConfigurationEntity" has wrong indentation
