K8s participant marks the deployment failed if the deployment is initiated with a delay

In some kubernetes environment, the pod deployment takes few seconds of delay to be initiated. When the kubernetes participant tries to verify the status of the pod and gets null value, it marks the helm deployment "failed" even though the pod gets deployed eventually.

A wait and retry mechanism needs to be added if the pod initiation is delayed.
