The SpringFox swagger generation dependency is buggy and does now work with later versions of Springboot, tying us to old versions of Springboot/Jersey/Glassfish.

Springboot should be removed and we should move to OpenAPI 3.0 (Swagger 3.0)

Check:

• Springfox
• Spring boot
• Spring web
• hibernate
• jersey
• glassfish

Check the CLM reports, especially for Springfox.

We will use the "old" swagger to re-generate the API interfaces, then we won't need to do the annotation upgrade.
