Docker repo which has not effect on the builds, contains a few references that could be tide up.   

These are cosmetic changes for the Heat installation and has no functional effects in logic.

The clean up is: 

1. replace a few occurrences left for "openecomp.org" for "onap.org".   Both domains are resolvable by DNS, hence purely cosmetic.
2. brmsgw.conf did not have BRMS_DEPENDENCY_VERSION set to the latest released 1.2.3.   Again, this is purely cosmetic, since container instanciation will set up the proper version (cooked into the image at build time). 

Since the docker repo is merely source files to a heat install, there's no impact on the released docker images.
