      As an ONAP Developer, I would like to create, implement and test the Performance Plan for XACML PDP so that I meet ONAP S3P Performance requirements for Casablanca.

      Since this work wasn't done for Beijing, it will need to be created. Please reference how the Drools PDP Performance plan was done back in Beijing:

      A new page for XACML PDP should be created in that area.
