Upgrading to ONAP portal sdk 2.5.0 breaks login page in VID

      after changing portal sdk version from 2.4 to 2.5, when logging in VID the welcome page is not loading. Most probably following change cause that issue:

      > return new ModelAndView("redirect:welcome.htm");
