VNF LCM Support in SO

Description of Use Case / Requirement:
The ability to add or delete VNFs/VF-Modules to an existing Service Instance using SO Building Block workflow.

In Istanbul release the scope is so far:

• New macro workflow for VNF Create procedure
• New macro workflow for VNF Delete procedure
• New macro workflow and new endpoint for service instance upgrade
