Description of Use Case / Requirement:

The Network CM Proxy (NCMP) is a component in CPS that provides access to CM data in the network as well as related models for use by other components/applications. The complete solution relies on integration with other ONAP components such as SDNC.

For Rel J, it is planned to further enhance the functionality of NCMP. See the following page for preliminary list of NCMP work items: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/CPS+R10+Release+Planning. Note: The contents of the list may still change and some lower priority items are likely to be excluded in the final scope for Rel J.

The enhancements will require some additions to the NCMP API used by applications. This project external API is labelled CPS-E-05 on the following CPS architecture page: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/ARC+Configuration+Persistence+Service+%28CPS%29+Component+Description+-+Jakarta-R10.

The documentation of API changes has been finalized and shared with affected PTLs
