The ETSI NFV SOL004 specification allows several options on how the CSAR package is constructed.  The VNFSDK will need to be able to verify that a VNF package is compliant with the CSAR specification with all of the possible options.  The SDC will need to be able to ingest the compliant CSAR package, interpret the contents of the package, catalog the package and distribute the package to other ONAP components.
