All component must be able to run without MSB

In the default ONAP deployment case using ServiceMesh, an Ingress Gatweay is used for external access to the services.
Therefor the MSB component would not be needed and must be disabled.
All components must be able to run without the usage of MSB. 

This can be archived, by :

• completely remove the MSB URL of connected client and replace it with the client service interface
• or make it optional depending on the global setting "global.msb_enabled" (https://git.onap.org/oom/tree/kubernetes/onap/values.yaml#n196)
